Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with 600K AI tokens and Pro-plan limits. No credit card is needed.
What is an AI token, and how many will I use?
Tokens are what your AI replies use. One reply typically uses a few thousand tokens, depending on how much knowledge you add. Your own replies, and the time an agent is paused, cost nothing.
What happens if I run out of tokens in a month?
You are warned as tokens run low. If they run out, the AI stops answering until you buy a token pack or your plan tokens reset on the 1st. Leads are still captured.
Do token packs expire?
No. Packs are one-time top-ups held on your account. They are used only after your plan's monthly tokens run out.
Can I add a channel without upgrading?
Yes. Add WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger as an extra channel for ₹199 per month, on any plan.
How does billing work?
Plans renew monthly and you can cancel any time; a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Prices are in Indian rupees, exclude 18% GST, and are paid online.
