DigiDARA Automation keeps cookies and browser storage to the minimum the product needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
1. What we store
- Session cookie: keeps you signed in to your dashboard. It is essential and ends when your session expires or you log out.
- Theme preference: remembers whether you chose light or dark mode, in your browser's local storage.
- Chat widget storage: on a website that uses a DigiDARA chat widget, the widget stores a conversation identifier so a visitor's chat continues after a page reload.
2. What we do not do
- No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We do not sell cookie or browser data.
3. Your choices
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. If you block the session cookie you will not be able to stay signed in.
